Mug printing is the process of transferring designs, logos, images, or text onto the surface of a mug, typically made of ceramic or stainless steel. This can be done through various techniques, each offering different levels of durability, color vibrancy, and detail. Window Patch Mug: Mug printing involves transferring dye onto the mug using heat and pressure. The design is first printed onto special sublimation paper, which is then wrapped around the mug. When exposed to heat, the dye turns into a gas and bonds with the mug's surface, becoming a permanent part of it. Mug screen printing involves creating a stencil (or screen) and using it to apply layers of ink directly onto the mug. Each color in the design requires a separate screen, and the inks are applied one by one. Best suited for designs with limited colors.
